Why choose Joyful Kids Music?

1. Curriculum - For each age level, I have created a unique set of developmentally appropriate outcomes that are suited to the age and stage of your child. My sequential teaching process involves revisiting what we have learned before, but also building your child’s skill and confidence with new activities.

2. Repertoire - Choosing music that is beautiful and meaningful is of the utmost importance to me. Together we will share in a rich and culturally diverse treasury of songs, rhymes and stories that reflect the culture and traditions of our families.

3. Engaging lessons - Our online lessons are short, only 30 minutes, in order to maintain the focus of young learners. A delightful array of music making activities in singing, playing instruments, sharing stories and moving await you and your child.

4. Nurturing a supportive community - For me, it’s all about building relationships. I hope to foster a classroom atmosphere of acceptance, patience, and kindness, creating a safe space for children and their grown ups to learn with and from one another.

5. Playlist - I appreciate that you may not know all the songs and rhymes we do in class. I have created a playlist for each level so that you and your child can enjoy music making throughout the week!
